We offer free advisory services to help individuals assess their options at Fadlun to get training, work-experience, or cover employment gaps so that they can better earn a future income.
Along with the advisory we offer daily, weekly, or fortnightly consulting that helps individuals do their work and meet their goals in employment and self-employment while they live with a health condition that negatively affects their performance of their work (subject to funding)
Our support service includes offering cover to carry out work activities as a substitute 20% of the time working, should the customer live with a health condition that negatively affects their performance of their work (subject to funding)
